Like your local Schnucks? Then you’ll love this year’s Circus Flora at Grand Center
If a trip to the supermarket reminds you of shopping-cart wrecks and a struggle to find bananas, Circus Flora can help you find the magic in those grocery aisles.

Each year, our show spends one month under the Big Top – but it takes more than a year to prepare. Every season brings new opportunities, new challenges, and new memories. The Case of the Missing Bellhop sprang to life during a time of great change for Circus Flora, with our new permanent home and our earlier season. It’s my pleasure to share with our friends and fans this behind-the-scenes glimpse into our process.
Circus Flora has been a St. Louis tradition for 32 years. Dana Dean discovered they're juggling a lot of new things this year.
For more than 30 years, Circus Flora, a one-ring circus that makes St. Louis its home, has offered a circus show that’s best described as live theater. It’s an intimate setting that is in stark contrast to the images some people might conjure of the large Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus which performed for the last time 10 months ago.
Circus Flora has moved to a new location and has an earlier season. Don’t miss this year’s show, “The Case of the Missing Bellhop.” The staff of the Balding Hotel have unusual skills, and the hotel attracts dignitaries and nobility from around the world. Watch what happens when a bellhop goes missing.
